Luis Bitencourt-Emilio currently serves as CPTO & Growth at Loft, leading a cross-functional team of approximately 650 professionals in product, engineering, data, design, IT, and business operations across multiple companies within Grupo Loft. Experience includes notable roles such as Board Member at the Wikimedia Foundation, Columnist for Época Negócios at Editora Globo, and previously serving as CPO at Rappi, where leadership extended over a diverse team managing a range of new ventures. Luis co-founded Novi Money, which was acquired by Facebook/Meta, and held key engineering roles at Reddit, Workpop, and Microsoft with a focus on AI and product development. Educational background includes a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland.
