Nicholas Yano

Nicholas Yano, CAIA, currently serves as FP&A Senior Manager at Loft since June 2022, leading Corporate FP&A and Cash Management teams while managing key strategic finance initiatives for Brazil and Mexico. Prior to Loft, Nicholas worked as Finance Manager at Nubank from June 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included coordinating FP&A teams for the company's IPO and supporting financial modeling for M&A activities. Nicholas also gained experience as a Business Analyst in Portfolio Management at Tishman Speyer from February 2017 to May 2019, managing private equity real estate portfolios. Earlier, Nicholas was a Consultant in Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield, developing valuation models for real estate assets. Nicholas holds an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and has completed business training at Saint Paul Escola de Negócios and other educational institutions.
