André S. Lima has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as a Comprador at Grupo Fleury since August 2022, overseeing purchases in technology, information security, and other operational areas. André is the founder of BR_COMPRADORES, a mutual aid group for procurement professionals, and has served in various leadership roles that include managing large teams and projects at Café com Comprador and Dock, achieving significant cost savings. Previous positions include key roles at AXA, Grupo Contax, BNP Paribas Cardif, GetNet Tecnologia, and Bradesco, where André led strategic sourcing initiatives, contract management, and the implementation of procurement processes. André holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic Purchasing Management and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
