Koral Mechani has a diverse work experience with a focus on talent acquisition and law enforcement. They started their career as a Behavioral Sciences Diagnostics officer in the Israeli Navy in 2013. In 2014, they became a professional mentor for the behavioral science team in officers' courses in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). They then joined the J6 & Cyber Defense Directorate of the IDF as a Behavioral Science Diagnostic Officer in 2015. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of an Officer of the Military Court of Appeals in the IDF, where they remained until 2019. Following that, they worked as a Police Investigator in the Israel Police. Currently, they are employed at Log-On Software, first as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead.
Koral Mechani attended Bar-Ilan University from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences. Following that, they enrolled at the College of Law and Business in 2020 to pursue a Master's degree in Law.
