Yael Baromi began their work experience in 2006 as an ICT Officer in the Israel Defense Forces, a role they held until 2011. In 2015, they joined Log-On Software as a Recruitment Specialist, where they managed the full-cycle recruiting process and headhunted talented candidates in various fields. Yael later became the Employer Branding Manager, leading a team of recruiters and social media specialists and developing a social media strategy to increase awareness and engagement with the organization. Currently, Yael is the Head of Recruitment & HR Marketing at Log-On Software, where they lead the recruitment department, implements recruitment strategies, and is responsible for evaluating employees.
Yael Baromi completed a Master of Business Administration degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources from the University of Haifa from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they completed from 2012 to 2015.
