Erica Thompson

Erica Thompson has over 17 years of experience in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as a Benefits Administrator at Logan Aluminum since October 2018, after initially starting as an Employee Relations Associate in April 2017. Prior to this role, Erica Thompson worked at the Pennyroyal Center for over a decade, progressing from Receptionist to Office Manager and ultimately to Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included managing benefits from 2015 to 2017. Erica Thompson earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Workforce Administration from Western Kentucky University, completing the program in January 2023.
