Carlos Barboza

Carlos Barboza has over 10 years of experience in the IT field. In 2009, they began working at Allcom Telecom as a Network Technician, providing service to EMBRATEL in Curitiba and monitoring internet links for clients. Later that year, they also began working at Seicom Engenharia as a Technician, providing support to technicians in the field and monitoring and correcting faults in ERB/BTS and transmission media for Vivo SA. In 2012, they began working at Telefônica Brasil as a Telecommunications Senior Technician, monitoring the GVT network for SDH, DWDM, CDWDM, data, access network, and infrastructure. In 2018, they began working at Logcomex as a QA Coordinator, QA Lead, and Business Analyst/QA, where they were responsible for defining QA strategies for different projects, implementing and managing automated tests, visual regression, and API, monitoring bug resolution, tracking successes, and providing feedback, one-on-one, training, and support to the team. In 2019, they began working at Residencial Cruzeiro do Sul as a Síndico.

Carlos Barboza has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Faculdades SPEI, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Carlos also has a Technical Education from IFRS, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008.
