Marcela Dembiski

Marcela Dembiski has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Marcela began their career at BRQ Digital Solutions as an Analista de Processos e Testes in 2007. In 2013, they moved to the same company as an Analista de processos. In 2014, they joined HSBC as an Analista de negócios sênior. In 2016, they became a Scrum Master and Product Owner at TCP Terminal de Contêineres de Paranaguá. In 2021, they began working at Bradesco as a Team Leader and Scrum Master, and also at Logcomex as a Product Manager.

Marcela Dembiski is currently pursuing a Post-Graduate degree in Leadership and Innovation at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. From 2007 to 2011, they studied Systems of Information at Faculdades SPEI. In 2021, they obtained an Intermediate Product Management certification from Journey - Consulting & Training. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Creative Relearning from Keep Learning School, and a Certificate in Emotional Intelligence from Escola Conquer.
