Buster Odlander

Buster Odlander has a diverse work experience in management consulting and project management roles. Buster started their career at EY as a Management Consultant within Supply Chain Management in 2014. Buster later worked at Capacent as a Management Consultant, focusing on improving customer profitability. In 2020, they worked at Influence AB as a Management Consultant and Project Manager. From 2020-2022, they held the role of Head Of Project Management Office at Digital Procurement, focusing on project execution and developing future project leaders. Currently, they are the Director of Operations Development & Transformation at Logent, starting in 2022.

Buster Odlander completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at Lund University School of Economics and Management from 2006 to 2009. Buster then pursued a Master's Degree in Forestry at SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences from 2010 to 2014.
