Katie Herr

Katie Herr has a diverse range of work experience. Katie started their career as the Owner of Swagherr Boutique, where they successfully managed all aspects of the business and achieved significant growth and profitability. Katie then transitioned to a role as the Human Resources/Administrative Manager at Pinnacle Painting Inc./Pinnacle GC Inc., where they oversaw various responsibilities including payroll, HR functions, and financial management. Following this, Katie worked as a Guest Services representative at DoubleTree by Hilton, where they excelled in providing exceptional customer service and achieving high customer satisfaction. Katie then moved on to become the Human Resources Manager at Timbers Resorts, where they handled recruitment, training, compliance, and employee engagement activities. Most recently, Katie worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at Adacel, overseeing HR operations for US operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Loggerhead Marinelife Center.
