Agus Alamsjah

Agus Alamsjah is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate services, including brokerage, property management, capital markets, and receivership. Currently serving as a Partner at Local Asset Management since May 2024 and as a Partner/Executive at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate since 2014, Agus has previously held the position of Director of CRE at Boston Omaha Corporation and was a Partner in Asset Management at 24th Street Asset Management from 2014 to April 2023. Prior roles include Acquisition Specialist at Champion Real Estate Company and Investment Specialist at Marcus & Millichap. Agus's early career included diverse roles within ADC, where responsibilities spanned across strategic marketing, acquisition, and operations management. Agus holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, complemented by educational experiences at the University of Southern California and Purdue University College of Engineering.
