Curt Fickeisen

Curt Fickeisen is an experienced general manager in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as General Manager at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate since January 2018. Fickeisen oversees a team responsible for the management, leasing, operations, marketing, and financial reporting for The Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas, focusing on stabilizing the Outlet Center through foreclosure and receivership. Prior to this role, Fickeisen held various managerial positions with IDB Group USA, Forest City, Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc., Vornado Realty Trust, and Macerich Company, managing lifestyle shopping centers, mixed-use properties, and high-profile retail locations. Fickeisen holds a B.A. from Columbia College and several certifications, including Certified Shopping Center Manager from the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Nevada Real Estate Division license.
