Maureen Leisdon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Maureen started their career as a Marketing Designer at The Manhattan Toy Company in 2002 and worked there until 2004. Following that, they established their own company, Maureen Leisdon Design, where they served as the Principal from 2004 to 2008. In this role, they provided a range of services such as designing identity systems, advertisements, and web sites, implementing e-commerce solutions, advising on marketing and PR strategies, and managing client projects.

In 2008, Maureen joined OLR as part of the Global Marketing team. Here, they played a key role in strategic development following M&A activities, aligning marketing with internal Product and Business Development teams. Maureen defined an account-based approach for a niche industry, implemented supporting tools, and developed an integrated content marketing strategy to reach targeted segments.

In 2017, Maureen transitioned to Lyons Consulting Group as part of the Marketing Operations and Demand Generation team for a short period, from April to December. Currently, they are working at Logic Information Systems as the Sr. Manager of Marketing and Sales Enablement. In this global leadership position, they collaborate with the executive team to align marketing, business, and sales strategies. Additionally, they create high-value content to support sales and sales-training efforts in partnership with solution leads.

Maureen Leisdon pursued their education at the University of Minnesota from 1997 to 2001. During this period, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Design Communications and a minor in Russian Language.
