Tara Hermon

Tara Hermon is the current Director of HR at Logical Media Group. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Director at HL Group from June 2019 to July 2020. During their time at HL Group, they were responsible for payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, talent acquisition/recruitment, policy enforcement, compliance, and distribution. Tara also helped with the consolidation and acquisition of MDC Parent Network and HL Group.

Tara Hermon holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from DePaul University in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from the University of Illinois Chicago in Biology Major/ English Minor. Tara also attended Neuqua Valley High School.

They are on a team with Marta Vucci - Director of Account Management, Ryan Bradford - Director of Client Strategy, and Kevin Hughes - Director of Growth. Tara Hermon reports to Chris O’Neill, CEO. and Angie Marroquin - HR Ops Representative reports to Tara Hermon.
