Kimberly Holycross

Kimberly Holycross has a diverse work history in the IT and administration fields. Kimberly began their career as a Team Supervisor, Application Instructor, and Technical Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in 1996, where they supervised and evaluated IT instructors. Kimberly later transitioned to a Technical Instructor role at the same company, providing training on Microsoft Windows platforms and Citrix products. Kimberly then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Kohl's Department Stores, handling various office tasks and maintaining professional communication. Kimberly also served as a System Administrator at Halski Systems, collaborating with the networking department and resolving complex system issues. Currently, they are the Director of Service Delivery at Logically, where they are responsible for recruiting, training, and coaching associates in the Technical Assistance Center.

Kimberly Holycross completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Bryant University in 1990.
