Martin Lienhart has a strong background in supply chain management and engineering. Martin started their career as an Apprentice for Industrial Electrician at EPCOS from 1996 to 2000. Martin then worked as a Research Laboratory Technician for High Frequency Technology at EPCOS from 2000 to 2007. Following this, they joined GE Jenbacher GmbH & Co OHG as an Internship Trainee in Supply Chain Management - Logistics and Planning from March 2010 to August 2010. Later, they worked at ELIN Motoren GmbH as a Production Engineer High Voltage Winding from February 2012 to March 2014, and as a Production Engineer and Deputy Team Lead High Voltage Winding from April 2014 to August 2015. Currently, they are working at LOGICDATA GmbH, where they have held various roles including Team Lead Production and Material Planning from September 2015 to January 2017, Team Lead Supply Chain Management from February 2017 to January 2018, Head Of Global Supply Chain Management from February 2018 to September 2020, and currently holds the position of Team Lead Supply Chain Engineering and Customs since October 2020.

Martin Lienhart attended FH Joanneum from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a DI (FH) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management. In 2009, they briefly studied at Universidad de Ibagué, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Martin also studied at HTL-BULME Deutschlandsberg from 2005 to 2007, where they passed the University Entrance Exam in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
