Caroline Werner has an extensive background in human resources and talent management, with a career spanning various companies and roles. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at LogicGate, Caroline also holds advisory positions at PeopleTech Partners and serves as a Board Member at Bountiful. With previous experience at Korn Ferry, YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, Next Theatre Company, Heidrick & Struggles, and United Stationers Supply Co, Caroline has held titles ranging from Senior Vice President to Benefits Analyst. Caroline holds a BA in Political Science from Miami University.
