Jaclyn Kaminski's work experience includes their current role as an Implementation Services Manager at LogicGate, where they work directly with key stakeholders to implement and understand a cloud-based Governance Risk and Compliance tool. Prior to this, they worked at Grant Thornton LLP, starting as an IT Risk Advisory Intern in 2017 and progressing to become an IT Risk Advisory Associate and later a Senior Associate. In these roles, they focused on identifying compliance risks, proposing controls, and testing controls environments. Jaclyn also worked on Special Attestations Reports, IT Assurance engagements, and Internal Audits. Before joining Grant Thornton, Jaclyn worked as an I-Guide Campus Coordinator at the University of Illinois and as a Swim Lesson Instructor for the Village of Orland Park, where they taught swimming skills to children. Jaclyn also participated in the Grow with Grant Thornton Leadership Program, attending a leadership conference and engaging in volunteer work at the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
Jaclyn Kaminski completed their high school education at Carl Sandburg High School from 2010 to 2014, earning a High School degree. Jaclyn then went on to attend the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2014 to 2018. During their time there, they focused on Information Systems / Information Technology, Business Process Management, and also pursued a minor in Spanish.
In addition to their formal education, Jaclyn Kaminski has obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they received the AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical) certification from Amazon Web Services Training and Certification. Jaclyn also earned the AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation in the same month and year. More recently, in May 2022, they obtained the LogicGate Power User Certification from LogicGate.
