Jamal Aljaafreh

Jamal Aljaafreh has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Sales Associate at Game Xchange. Jamal then moved to Anytime Fitness in 2015, where they served as General Manager until 2021. After that, they held the role of Remote Technical Support Specialist at ADT until 2022, when they became a Tier 1 Technical Support Technician at LogicomUSA®.

Jamal Aljaafreh has a diverse educational background. From 2012 to 2017, they attended Sam Houston State University to pursue an English/Language Arts Teacher Education. During this same period, they also attended Lone Star College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in English/Language Arts Teacher Education in 2016. In 2021, they obtained a Google IT Support Certificate from Merit America. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Coursera, including a Google IT Support Certificate, System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services, Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User, The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking, and Technical Support Fundamentals. Jamal also has a Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
