Damian R. Mingle, MBA has held a variety of roles in the field of data science, finance, and healthcare. Damian R. began their career in 2004 as Finance Manager at Fresh Start HomeVantage, LLC, where they engineered a Bayesian Network for predicting client credit-worthiness and led cost containment strategies. In 2007, they moved to Morgan Stanley Investment Management as Wealth Manager, where they developed multi-year projections for international clients. From 2011 to 2014, they were Chief Data Scientist at WPC Healthcare, helping healthcare clients dare to discover. In 2017, they became Chief Data Scientist at Intermedix and Chair & Founder at LogicPlum. In 2018, they joined SwitchPoint Ventures as Chief Data Scientist & Cofounder, and in 2019 they began teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Lipscomb University.
