John Malfettone

Advisory Board Member at LogicSource

John Malfettone joined the LogicSource Advisory Board in January of 2019. John is a recently retired Senior Managing Director for Clayton Dubilier & Rice, where he was responsible for all procurement initiatives in the CD&R portfolio which included companies in the retail/consumer, industrial, health care, and services industries.

John is an experienced C-Level executive having worked in a variety of leadership roles including CFO, COO, CCO, and Partner at a Big 4 accounting firm. John worked at Oak Hill Capital Partners from 2004–2010 as its Chief Operating Officer where he created one of the industries first Portfolio Procurement Programs. Prior to Oak Hill, he spent 12 years at GE Capital serving in multiple roles including Corporate Controller, Group CFO, and Managing Director for the Private Equity business

Recently John was named Chair of the Board for the UCONN Foundation, the fundraising entity for the University of Connecticut. John holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of Connecticut.
