John Pavia

John Pavia is an advisor to LogicSource, focused on strategic growth, driving revenue, and business development. Prior to joining LogicSource Mr. Pavia was the Executive Vice President of Business & Corporate Development at FM Facility Maintenance where he helped grow that company into the largest privately held maintenance provider in the North America. Prior to FM, Mr. Pavia was part of the management group that acquired Moore Corporation and then executed a roll-up strategy that ultimately led to the takeover of RR Donnelley & Sons in 2005. In the span of five years the team grew the business from $500 million in top-line sales to $7.5 billion, creating the world's largest commercial printing company.

Mr. Pavia started out his career as an Assistant District Attorney in New York, and later was a partner at the law firm of Levy & Droney. He left private practice to become General Counsel of Huon Corporation, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company based in London and Melbourne, Australia. Mr. Pavia was an early investor in BeenVerified.com, and HEI Hospitality, a leading hospitality enterprise that owns and manages premiere hotels throughout the U.S. including the W Hollywood. He has served on several public and private Boards, and currently sits as a director on the Boards of Spotlight Parking, OneWayLimo, and Connecticut Innovations where he is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
