Kaite W. has been working in the software engineering and development industry since 2010. Kaite began as a Web Programmer/Analyst Volunteer for the Eau Claire Jazz Festival in 2010. Kaite then moved on to become a Web Application Developer for Sitepro in 2011. Later that same year, Kaite W. took on the role of Senior Application Developer for Snap Fitness 24/7, where they developed and maintained critical web applications across corporate intranet, franchise portal and public-facing sites. In 2014, they took on the role of Technical Analyst for E-GROUP, INC. and then moved on to become a Solutions Architect for Snap Fitness 24/7 in 2015. Kaite W. has been a Senior Software Engineer for LogicStream Health Inc. since 2017.

Kaite W. received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2013. Prior to that, they earned their Associate of Science (AS) in IT - Programmer/Analyst from Chippewa Valley Technical College in 2011.
