John Abercrombie has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. John began their career at Rackspace Technology in 2018 as a Customer Service Specialist, where they provided support to customers. In 2019, they transitioned into the role of a Linux Systems Operations Administrator, responsible for managing and maintaining Linux systems. John continued in this position until 2021.

John then joined DigitalOcean in 2021 as a Developer Support Engineer, where they provided technical assistance to developers using DigitalOcean's platform. John also took on the role of a Cloud Support Engineer, responsible for resolving customer issues related to cloud services. John's time at DigitalOcean concluded in 2023.

Currently, John is working at Logicworks as a Cloud Support Associate (Tier 2), starting in 2023. In this role, they provide advanced support to customers in managing their cloud services.

John Abercrombie obtained an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Virginia Online College. In addition, they earned certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2023.
