Pierre Stromberg

Pierre Stromberg has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to Quality Assurance and Engineering. Starting their career in 2003 as a QA Lead at AudienceScience, they provided hands-on development and testing for audience segmentation analytics and behavioral targeting. Pierre later moved on to Likewise Software as a QA Manager, where they spearheaded the quality assurance initiative for three open-source products and built a mixed local and offshore QA team.

In 2008, Pierre joined Microsoft Corporation as a Senior Test Lead for Microsoft System Center Essentials, leading a team of local SDETs in consolidating server management technologies. Pierre then transitioned to the role of Senior SDET in Azure Management, responsible for user scenarios for Windows App Controller and developing automation scenarios for internal Azure services.

From 2012 to 2014, Pierre worked as a UCP QA Engineer at Hitachi Data Systems, planning and executing test strategies for hardware/software environments and private cloud deployments. Pierre then joined Edifecs as a Quality Engineering Manager, leading a team of twenty-five for QA validation of medical claims processing solutions.

In 2015, Pierre became a Technical Release Manager at Xevo Inc., facilitating IoT implementations for major automobile manufacturers in a mobile environment. Pierre then moved on to Skytap in 2017 as an Engineering Manager, leading a team of SDETs and owning the Python based automation framework.

Currently, Pierre is working at Logicworks as a QA Engineering Lead. Their responsibilities include building a quality assurance team from scratch, integrating Quality Engineering principles across the organization, and utilizing various technologies such as Azure, AWS, Python, and Salesforce.

Throughout their career, Pierre has demonstrated expertise in test strategy planning, team leadership, automation, and managing complex relationships between different teams and partners.

Pierre Stromberg obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Manhattan College, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, they hold a HIPAA Certification (Business Associate) from HIPAA Exams, Inc. However, the specific month and year in which they obtained this certification were not provided.
