Marvin Cuschieri

Marvin Cuschieri has had diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Marvin is currently the Group Chief People & Talent Officer at Logispin Group, where they lead the People & Talent functions and manages the strategic management of human resources. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Officer - People & Talent at eCabs, overseeing the People, Talent, and Corporate relations functions. Marvin also served as the CEO of FHRD, an organization that offers management and HR services. Additionally, Marvin was the Head of the Business & Investment Consultancy Unit at Malta Enterprise, managing a team of business consultants. Marvin also worked as the Operations Manager at IMPETUS Europe Consulting Group and as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Malta.

Marvin Cuschieri's education history begins in 2001 when they enrolled at the University of Malta, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in International Relations. During their time there, they focused on subjects such as International Relations, European Studies, and Political Science. In 2002, they briefly attended Creighton University to study Political Science and Government.

In 2005, Marvin furthered their education by attending The University of Bonn, where they pursued a Masters of European Studies with a focus on Governance and Regulation. Marvin completed this program in 2006.

Moving ahead to 2015, Marvin obtained PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from APMG International.

In 2016, Marvin returned to the University setting by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Leicester. Marvin completed this program in 2018, gaining expertise in various business aspects.

During the same period from 2016 to 2018, Marvin also attended the Chartered Management Institute, where they obtained a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership. This diploma allowed him to specialize in Organizational Leadership.
