Brandon Maholtz

Brandon Maholtz has a diverse work experience in various companies. Brandon started their career as an Engineering Intern at Paris Healthcare Linen in 2013. In 2014, they joined Ahold Delhaize as an Industrial Engineer, where they worked until 2018, progressing to the role of Senior Industrial Engineer. At Ahold Delhaize, they focused on improving efficiency and productivity. In 2018, Brandon joined The Walt Disney Company as a Workforce Strategy & Analytics Manager, where they were responsible for workforce planning and analytics until 2021. Currently, they are working at Logile, Inc. as a Sr. Manager Pre-Sales, supporting the sales team by creating presentations and demonstrations for the company's software suite and operational excellence services. Brandon performs business assessments and requirements definition to understand and address client needs. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Senior Principal Solutions Consultant at Logile.

Brandon Maholtz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. In July 2014, they also acquired a MOST Certification from Accenture.
