Doug Paulin

Doug Paulin has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Doug started their career as a Consulting Analyst at H.B. Maynard and Co., Inc. in 2007 and later joined Accenture as a Consulting Analyst in 2008. At Accenture, Doug worked on projects related to increasing labor and operating efficiency in the retail industry. Doug also contributed to systems implementation and change management projects for large retail clients.

In 2009, Doug joined Siemens Industry, Building Technologies Division as a Sales Engineer. In this role, they analyzed existing buildings to improve energy efficiency and minimize operating costs for clients in various sectors such as retail, healthcare, and government. Doug also managed the sales process and maintained long-term client relationships.

Doug returned to Accenture in 2010, this time as a Consultant. Doug continued working on projects related to labor and operating efficiency in the retail industry, including the development and introduction of SAP-based inventory management systems for retail clients.

In 2013, Doug joined Logile, Inc. as an Enterprise Solutions Architect. In this role, they worked with retailers to understand their workforce management challenges and implemented web-based solutions covering various aspects of workforce management. Doug also assisted retailers with professional services, such as the implementation of workplace organization methodologies and labor productivity assessments.

Over the years, Doug held several roles at Logile, including Senior Pre-Sales Manager, Director of Pre-Sales and Marketing, and Senior Director of Sales. In these roles, they collaborated with retailers to achieve their goals related to workforce management and store execution solutions. Doug helped retailers implement strategic operational programs, manage labor standards, and implement AI-driven forecasting and employee scheduling systems.

Currently, Doug holds the position of Vice President Sales Operations at Logile, Inc., where they lead the sales team and contributes to the formulation of projects and partnerships related to implementing workforce management and store execution solutions for retailers.

Doug Paulin obtained their Bachelor's degree in IMSE from West Virginia University, having completed their education from 2005 to 2009.
