Jacob Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jacob began their career as a Process Engineering Intern at American Electric Power in 2011. Jacob then worked as a Sales Associate at Finish Line from 2012 to 2013. Following this, they joined Advanced Acoustic Concepts as an Industrial Engineer Procurement Intern in 2013, where they focused on procurement and vendor communications, process improvement projects, and make or buy decisions. In 2014, they transitioned to Logile, Inc., starting as a Senior Industrial Engineer and later assuming the role of Retail Labor Manager. During their time at Logile, they collaborated with customers and prospects to present and sell Logile Labor Management, Workforce Management, and Task Management software. Jacob demonstrated key features and functionalities through engaging stories and end user perspectives to identify pain points and gaps and provide solutions. Jacob's most recent role at Logile was as a Pre-Sales Manager, where they continued to leverage their expertise in software sales and customer relationship management.
Jacob Stevens completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, where they attended from 2009 to 2014. In 2021, they also took a course in Computer Software Engineering at Hack Reactor, although they did not pursue a degree in this field.
