Talea Konkol

Talea Konkol is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in engineering and operational management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Delivery for the Americas at Logile, Inc. since May 2023, Talea has held various roles including Manager of Delivery and Operational Excellence Manager within the company. Prior to Logile, Talea worked at Kohl's from January 2019 to April 2023 as the Lead Industrial Engineer for Stores, Store Operations & Experience. Talea's early career includes significant roles at Harley-Davidson Motor Company from June 2010 to January 2019, progressing from an ME/IE Intern to positions such as Industrial Engineer in Project Engineering and Powertrain Assembly. Talea holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
