SuShiL S has worked for several companies in the past, beginning with Stylus Systems Pvt Ltd in 2006 as a Business Development Manager. In 2008, SuShiL S joined Microsoft India as a Solution Specialist. In 2011, SuShiL S became the Head of Global Inside Sales for Trasset International, Hungary. In 2012, SuShiL S joined Fiorano Software Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Business Development Manager. In 2014, SuShiL S became the Head of Sales and Marketing for the GCC Region at Orange Interactive Technology. In 2016, SuShiL S took on the role of Regional Sales Manager at Oracle - Platinum Partner - JMR Infotech. In 2018, SuShiL S became a Business Development Manager at Microsoft Gold Partner AWI Global. Finally, in 2021, SuShiL S became a Sr. Regional Sales Manager at Maison Consulting & Solutions. Most recently, in 2023, SuShiL S was appointed as an Associate Vice President - Account Management at LogiNext.

SuShiL S obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2000 and 2004. In 2013, SuShiL S obtained an Inbound Marketing Professional certification from Hubspot University, USA in February. In 2015, SuShiL S obtained a Google Analytics Certification from Google in July.
