With over a decade of experience, they have successfully led both Waterfall and Agile IT solution implementations, contributing to significant organizational savings and process improvements. Previously, Jack held roles such as Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner at various companies, including Hastings Direct and Babcock International Group, where they effectively bridged the gap between business needs and technical execution. They earned a Foundation degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from the University of Brighton.
