Christian Mitchell

Christian Mitchell has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and quality assurance. Christian began their career in 2008 as a Systems Operations and Administration at Gore Mutual Insurance. In 2011, they worked as a Junior Software Test Associate at Research In Motion, followed by a role as an Embedded Software Developer, where they focused on low-level and core development for the BB10 Platform.

Christian joined BlackBerry in 2012 as an Automated Test Developer, responsible for developing and maintaining a python-based robot framework test solution. Christian also conducted session-based exploratory testing and performed manual testing of Core Internal NDK APIs using REST.

In 2015, Christian transitioned to MetaMarketplace as a Software Tester and later joined eSentire Inc. as a QA Automation Developer. At eSentire Inc., they performed automation testing, specifically focusing on developing and maintaining QA automation frameworks.

Currently, Christian is working at LogiSense Corporation since 2018. Christian started as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and later moved on to become a Software Engineer II. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer I.

Christian Mitchell attended Conestoga College from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree. Their field of study was Integrated Telecommunication Systems.
