Emily Rickson Astry is a seasoned recruiting professional with over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Logisolve since December 2024, Emily previously held the position of Director of Recruiting at Q Consulting from September 2022 to December 2024. Prior to that, Emily worked as Director of Talent Acquisition at Horizontal Talent, where responsibilities included developing diverse talent pipelines and overseeing initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Emily's career began at ThreeBridge as a Senior Recruiter, focusing on talent sourcing and collaboration with internal teams.
