Rodrick Benton is an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a solid background in IT management and support. At Logista Solutions since June 2014, Rodrick has been responsible for inspecting, tuning, and troubleshooting equipment while ensuring quality management and customer communication during field projects. Concurrently, at Vertex Solutions Inc., Rodrick has assessed clinical environments and managed the deployment and configuration of various devices, including workstations and printers, within healthcare settings. Previously, as IT Manager and Systems Analyst at Bessemer Public Library from September 2008 to August 2013, Rodrick supported public access computers, managed network configurations, and provided user support. Rodrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Alabama State University, completed in 1987.
