Ainhoa Anuncibay

Ainhoa Anuncibay has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in the energy sector. Ainhoa currently holds the position of Corporate Legal Services Director at Logista since September 2020. Previously, they worked at Naturgy Energy Group SA as the Head of Legal Global GAS & LNG division from June 2019 to August 2020. Their responsibilities included managing the legal department and conducting negotiations for gas sale and purchase agreements. Prior to this, they worked at Gas Natural Fenosa, where they held various roles from 2002 to 2019. As the Head of Legal LNG Business department, they gained international experience in the LNG markets and handled negotiations and arbitration processes. Additionally, as Counsel in the Legal Department, they were involved in EPC and O&M contract negotiations and provided legal advice for gas wholesale activities.

Ainhoa Anuncibay attended the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1992 to 1999, where they obtained a Law Degree. In 2000 and 2001, they attended the Centro de Estudios Garrigues and earned a Master's Degree in Business Law.
