Philippe Bergeron

Philippe Bergeron has a diverse work experience, with expertise in finance and accounting. Philippe started their career at EY as a Manager in Assurance Services, where they worked from 2007 to 2011. Philippe then joined PSP Investments as a Consultant in Financial Accounting Research from 2011 to 2014. Philippe later worked at Bell as a Senior Manager in External Reporting in 2014 and moved to Canadian Helicopters, an HNZ Company, as a Financial Controller from 2015 to 2018. Philippe then joined Agropur as the Director of Corporate Accounting in 2018 before transitioning to Logistec Corporation. At Logistec Corporation, Philippe held various roles, including Director of Financial Reporting, Director of Corporate Financial Control, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Finance. In their current role, they lead a team, oversees consolidation efforts, and manages external and internal financial reporting functions.

Philippe Bergeron completed a Specialized Graduate Diploma (DESS) in Accounting at HEC Montréal, but the start year is unknown. Philippe also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from HEC Montréal, completed in 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Philippe obtained the CPA auditor certification from the Ordre des CPA du Québec in 2009 and the CFA certification from the CFA Institute in 2016.
