Art Russell has extensive experience in project management and instructional design, currently serving as a Project Manager at Logistic Services International since 2008. Previously, Art held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at LSI for a brief period in 2010. Additionally, Art spent two decades with the US Army as a Force Development Officer from January 1975 to 1995.
