Dean Leonard serves on the Board of Directors as the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the company, providing specific oversight of the delivery of all training device, simulation, virtual products, courseware and services for external clients. He ensures the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. He participates in Marketing Review Boards and provides input on proposals and strategic marketing initiatives.
Dean graduated from the College of Santa Fe with a degree in Political Science and is a certified Project Management Professional. Before joining LSI in 2003, Dean was a United States Air Force HH-3E and MH-53J helicopter flight engineer with several tours in the Air Rescue and Recovery Service, Air Force Special Operations Command, and the Air Education and Training Command.
