Garry Castro

Garry Castro has a long and varied work experience. Garry started their career in 1979 as a firefighter at Dallas County Fire Rescue until they left in 2005. In 1984, they became the owner of GDS Transportation until 1997. In 1998, they joined Logisticorp Group as the Chief Executive Officer, where they utilize effective business strategies to optimize company growth and fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.

Garry Castro's education history includes a Certificate in Growing Minority Business to Scale from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth in 2009-2010, a Certificate in Advanced Management Education Program from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2007-2008, and attendance at The University of Texas at Arlington from 1978-1980. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Leadership Dallas Graduate from the Dallas Regional Chamber in 1999 and as a Paramedic from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center of Dallas in 1982.
