Cassandra Isbell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management strategy and business development, currently serving as Principal at LMI since October 2023. Previously, Cassandra held the position of Director of Business Development at Thentia, where strategic leadership was provided for sales management and capture management across multiple states. At BDO USA, LLP, Cassandra advanced through various roles from Senior Business Consultant to Director of Public Sector, overseeing significant federal engagements and offering strategic consulting to key governmental agencies. Prior experience includes systems integration and training roles at Lockheed Martin, as well as a foundational position as a Legislative Correspondent for the United States Senate.
