Prior to LMI, David was the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Engineering and Innovation at Ultra Intelligence & Communications, driving shareholder value and product development through innovative strategies. David's extensive experience at Lockheed Martin encompassed multiple leadership roles, significantly impacting technology strategy, advanced development programs, and innovative research efforts across various domains. David holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an Executive Education degree in Strategic R&D Management from The Wharton School, along with a BS in Physics from The College of New Jersey.
