Brad Cushard

Brad Cushard has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brad is currently serving as a Senior Vice President at Logistics Property Company, LLC since November 2021. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Silver Point Development from May 2020 to December 2021. Before that, Brad held various roles at Central Development, LLC, including Principal from May 2016 to May 2020 and Partner from August 2007 to May 2016. Brad started their career as an Associate at the Law Office of Mick Taleff from November 2005 to July 2006 and then moved on to work as an Associate at Smith Walsh Clark and Gregoire from August 2004 to November 2005. Brad's early experience includes working as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Potter-Taylor, where they were responsible for developing and closing retail property leases and land sales. Overall, Brad has gained extensive experience and expertise in real estate development, investment, and legal matters throughout their career.

Brad Cushard attended the University of Southern California from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Brad then went on to pursue a Juris Doctor degree at Gonzaga University School of Law from 1999 to 2001, with an emphasis in Natural Resource Law.
