Dennis Rice

Dennis Rice's work experience includes extensive roles in the real estate industry. Dennis is currently serving as the Executive Vice President - West Region at Logistics Property Company, LLC, focusing on real estate investment, development, and operation. Prior to this, they worked as the Executive Vice President at Ridge Development Co. From 1999 to 2014, they served as the President of Ridge Property Trust. Dennis also gained experience as an Executive Vice President at Heitman and as an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Dennis began their career as an Accountant at PwC.

Dennis Rice obtained their High School Diploma from Northville High School in the year 1977 after completing their studies from the same school in the previous year. Dennis then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California, where they studied from 1977 to 1981.
