Jasmine Bennett

Jasmine Bennett is a finance professional with extensive experience in development accounting and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Development Accounting at Logistics Property Company, LLC since February 2022, Jasmine oversees contractor commitments and expenditures for shopping mall developments. Previous roles include Manager and Senior Accountant in Capital Accounting at Brookfield Properties Retail, where Jasmine managed a portfolio of over 50 high-profile malls, processed invoices, and coordinated documentation for development loans. Jasmine also held the position of Project Accountant at Greeley and Hansen, effectively managing reporting systems for over 100 projects, and worked as a Junior Clerk Analyst Intern at Yonkers Public Schools, processing invoices and benchmarking state funding.
