Damian Lepore

Damian Lepore serves as the Cluster Head and Managing Director for Logitech Australia and New Zealand since October 2006, leading sales management efforts to achieve revenue and profit goals while coaching the sales team to maintain high professionalism. Previous roles include National Sales Manager and Retail Sales Manager at Logitech, focusing on key customer management and achieving market share objectives. Prior to Logitech, Damian was a Senior Product Manager at Ingram Micro Australia, where responsibilities included managing vendor product implementations for revenue and category growth. Additionally, as the National Wholesale Brand Manager at ihug, Damian evaluated market opportunities and presented strategic plans for broadband growth. Damian holds an MBA from RMIT University and has completed network administration studies at TAFE NSW.
