Mathieu Renaud

Mathieu Renaud is currently a Solutions Architect at Logitech, beginning in September 2024. Prior to this role, Mathieu served as a Premier Support Manager at Kinaxis from July 2023 to September 2024, effectively bridging customer needs with various business units through exemplary account management. From March 2016 to April 2023, Mathieu worked at Epiphan Video, progressing from Technical Specialist to Senior Customer Success Specialist and later to Continuous Improvement Specialist, where significant improvements in customer adoption rates were achieved. Earlier experiences include roles in inventory management at Ralph Lauren and sound design at MJM Epic Productions & Entertainment. Mathieu possesses a degree in Sound Engineering from The Audio Recording Academy and a Secondary School Diploma from École secondaire publique De La Salle.
