Meeta Sunderwala

Meeta Sunderwala currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Logitech since August 2020, overseeing financial statements, SEC reporting, global revenue recognition, and finance transformation projects. Prior to Logitech, Meeta held the position of Vice President of Internal Audit at eBay Inc. from June 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included leading global internal audit, enterprise risk management, and developing new internal audit processes. Meeta’s extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Hewlett-Packard from 1999 to 2015, where roles ranged from Vice President and Assistant Corporate Controller to Senior Director of Finance, handling M&A reporting, revenue recognition, and corporate governance. Earlier career experience includes an audit managerial role at Arthur Andersen LLP. Meeta holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the University of California, Berkeley.
