Richard Campbell

Richard Campbell is a highly experienced Principal Computer Vision and Machine Learning Engineer at Logitech, with a career spanning over two decades in advanced engineering roles. Prior to Logitech, Richard served as an ADAS Machine Learning and Vision Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included coordinating cross-functional teams and interfacing with global suppliers for the optimization of advanced driver-assistance systems. Richard's earlier tenure as a Principal Research Scientist at Sharp Labs of America involved leading an applied computer vision team to develop imaging solutions. Richard's expertise was further showcased in consulting and internship roles at Microsoft, focusing on real-time object detection systems. Richard holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, complemented by a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Washington State University.
