Ulric Lewen

Ulric Lewen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and securities law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel (Corporate & Securities) at Logitech since August 2025, Ulric previously held significant positions at Visa from January 2017 to December 2025, including Vice President, Corporate Governance & Assistant Secretary, where strategic counsel was provided to the board and C-suite executives. Notably, Ulric led a corporate governance team and successfully reduced shareholder proposal support from 43% to 13%. Ulric also served as Senior In-House Counsel at Visa, focused on SEC filings and earnings releases. Prior roles include Corporate and Securities Counsel at Block from January 2018 to December 2022, successfully leading capital market transactions exceeding $5.1 billion, and Assistant General Counsel at SunEdison from January 2015 to December 2017, advising on securities laws and corporate governance. Ulric holds a JD from Cardozo School of Law and a BA from Columbia University.
